Questions founders ask

How is this different from an agency?
An agency bills hours against a spec you wrote. I take ownership of the whole thing: deciding what to build, designing it, building it, launching it and keeping it running, for as long as it's useful to you.
Is it just you?
Yes. One person who knows your whole system, not a rotating team, and a few clients at a time by design. You always talk to the person doing the work.
What happens when you're away?
You know the dates in advance, monitoring and alerts keep running, and urgent problems still get handled.
How much of my time does it take?
A few hours of conversation in the first weeks so I understand the business. After that, a standing weekly call and the occasional decision only you can make.
Do I have to replace what I have?
No. I start with what's there. Something gets replaced when it costs you more than it's worth, and you make that call.
Can you take over from our developer or agency?
Yes, and without a fight. The handover is a checklist, not a confrontation.
